Hopefully that is ok with you as I know we had discussed July 10th but we just missed it. We have moved into this house just short of four months after we got married, this became our first house (real house), where we lived so many memories. In 2019 I approached Cambridge Property Lettings and requested them to find a tenant for a flat I own in Central Cambridge. They responded in a very efficient manner and found a suitable tenant in a matter of days.

They also negotiated a higher rent than I had previously enjoyed.

Since then I have asked them to supply full management for another flat I own in Cambridge. This involved overseeing some significant refurbishment prior to undertaking the marketing of the flat. Again,a tenant was quickly found and now some three months on I am satisfied with the service I am receiving.

Cambridge Property Lettings really do go the extra mile for their clients and tenants

Althought not a legal requirement, they ensure the properties on their books all have a fixed wire test on them. This ensures the electrial safety of the property for their clients & tenants, plus reducing long term costs. There aren't many letting agents that to that!.
